The University College of Medical Sciences has a huge campus as spread over an area of 13591.80 Square meters which consists of 5 storied Building.
The UCMS Delhi has a Central Library and located in a separate 3 storied building of Library-cum-Conference Block adjacent to the main building of the college.
The Central Library hosts collection of around 17000 medical books, 130 foreign and 31 Indian journals, and 23972 back volumes of journals, 150 E-Books, 1059 thesis, 1530 WHO publications, and internet services.
Full campus is fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi facility. Central library is also present with all the necessary books. Hostels are present separately for boys and girls which are fully furnished. Both indoor and outdoor games facility is present within the campus.
There are centrally air-conditioned lecture theatres with a quite decent capacity. Labs are also well maintained. There is library and reading room encouraging the students to study in a calm competitive environment. The doctor’s canteen offers a variety of food items at very reasonable rates.

The climate of New Delhi is a hot semi-arid climate bordering on a dry-winter humid subtropical climate with high variation between summer and winter in terms of both temperature and rainfall. The temperature varies from 46 °C (115 °F) in summers to around 0 °C (32 °F) in winters.
