About Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorusavirmath Medical College, Karnataka

The Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorsavirmath Medical College (JGMMMC) of KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research (Deemed-to-be-University) being established at Gabbur, Hubballi. It is the Second Medical College of KAHER. The Karnataka Lingayat Education (KLE) Society, the sponsoring society of KAHER has a rich history of imparting quality education in this Norther part of Karnataka, Southern part of Maharashtra and even in Delhi.

It is the 2nd Medical College of KAHER. The first being the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belagavi which is 100 kms away. This college is 55 years old with 200 admissions, with all PG Courses and most of the Super Specialty courses. The medical college has 2400 bedded teaching hospital. With this background of having the rich experience in running an established medical college, the KAHER is in the process of establishment of new medical college at Hubballi named Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorsavirmath Medical College.

The college has 34 acres of land in the outskirts of Hubballi City in North Karnataka. In these 34 acres of land, the process of establishing the medical college, 1000 bedded teaching hospital, Staff Qtrs. and all the student amenities including Hostels, Playground, Auditorium, etc are architecturally planned. It’s going to be the best campus for any medical college.

– Pass with minimum 50 % marks in Intermediate (Bi.P.C)
