Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences (GAIMS) is a self-financed medical college cum multi-specialty hospital established by the Government of Gujarat and Adani Foundation in Bhuj city of Gujarat state. GAIMS affiliated to Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University. Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences (GAIMS) is first Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) endeavour between Government of Gujarat and Adani Education & Research Foundation. GAIMS is the only Medical College and Multi-Specialty Modern Teaching District Hospital in Kachchh District.

Government of Gujarat entered in agreement with Adani Foundation for establishing Medical College in Kachchh region and handing over the operations of G. K. General Hospital, Bhuj. Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences (GAIMS) – medical college established since 2009.

The college has a 750-bed teaching hospital, which equipped with modern facilities and technologies. GAIMS is also actively involved in research activities and has several ongoing research projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for MBBS at Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhuj, Gujarat

• The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission.
• The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
• The candidate should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English in the qualifying examination.
• The candidate should have qualified in NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate) examination with a valid score.

Admission Process for Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhuj, Gujarat

• Application: The candidate should apply for admission through the official website of the institute. The application form will be available online and the candidate has to fill in all the necessary details and upload the required documents.
