About Deben Mahata Government Medical College

Deben Mahata Government Medical College & Hospital Previously known as Purulia Government Medical College and Hospital is a full-fledged tertiary referral Government Medical college. It was established in the year 2020 at Purulia, West Bengal. It is also known as PGMCH Purulia. Purulia Harbour Government Medical College is affiliated with West Bengal University of Health Sciences Kolkata and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It offers an undergraduate program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and provides healthcare services to the people of West Bengal and neighboring states.

Purulia Government Medical College and Hospital Purulia is spread over lush Green area of 40 acres which houses main medical college building, teaching hospital, Doctors staff Quarters, Resident doctor hostel, Boys and Girls hostel, Playground and offer Supportive facilities.

Eligibility & Admission Process in Deben Mahata Government Medical College
