Hanoi Medical University, Vietnam is the oldest university. During the French colonial era, in 1902, HMU established by the French as Indochina Medical College. Alexandre Yersin, the first director of the HMU, was also responsible for the discovery of the bacteria that causes the bubonic plague, which he dubbed Yersinia pestis in his honor.

Accommodation

Worldwide collaboration

A comprehensive collaboration agreement was signed on May 19 between Hanoi Medical University and MERRO Co. Ltd. (Japan), and scholarships from the company were given to exceptional university students. It also forms a component of the celebration of Hanoi Medical University’s 120th anniversary of inception. Prof. Dr. Ta Tan Van, Chairman of the Council of Hanoi Medical University (HUST), stated during the signing ceremony that MERRO Group, a prominent technological business that manufactures contemporary hospital systems and Japan’s top five medical equipment, has partnered with Hanoi Medical University.

Since then, he claimed, they have been collaborating. 2017 This partnership began by providing scholarships to deserving medical students under extremely challenging conditions, and it is currently growing to include medical professional exchanges and education.

Multilateral Cooperation
