Far Eastern State Medical University, Russia. Established in 1930. The University is located in Khabarovsk. Khabarovsk is a very beautiful city with many breathtaking places of interest. Khabarovsk is situated at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri Rivers. This city is the second largest city in the Russian Far East.

Since 1930 till the present date, students have been training in the field of general medicine.

Classes are conducted in 3 educational buildings of the University. Students are offered to have practice at the best clinics of the city. The University is located in Khabarovsk. There are 3 comfortable students’ hostels, situated in the very heart of the city.

In 1958, the pediatric faculty was established. Currently, over 5500 graduates from the Far-Eastern State Medical University are working not only on the Far East, but also in other regions of the Russian Federation. Today, there are 700 students, who get education at this faculty. What is more, Pediatric faculty is a fully developed, highly professional pedagogical body that contributes the growth of medical and scientific specialists in the field of pediatrics.
