Today, the Faculty receives around 250 new students per year on three separate Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) programmes. These consist of a standard five-year undergraduate programme, a four-year graduate-entry course, and a highly regarded Widening Access to Medicine programme intended to help students from underrepresented groups who might otherwise not have had the chance to study medicine.
