In 1904, the Clinical Specialization Institutes like the Institute of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, the Clinic of Occupational Diseases, and the Hospital of Contagious Diseases followed, then in quick succession came the Italian Institute of Stomatology, the Paediatric Clinic, and the world’s first Occupational Health Clinic specifically to deal with the health of workers.
