ESIC Colleges: Total 635 seats
- 446 under Insurance Person (IP) quota
- 189 under All India Quota (AIQ)
JIPMER Puducherry and Karaikal: Increased from 179 to 243 MBBS seats (+64)
Central Universities: Seats increased from 1,014 to 1,152 (+138)

However, state medical college MBBS seats saw a minor drop from 8,159 to 8,015, due to some colleges not submitting data in the required format.
